A quick comfort salad with sesame mayo

Ingredients

Carrots

Red onion

Bean sprouts

Green onion

White cabbage

Avocado

Garlic

Ginger

Red pepper

Chopped cashews

Chicken breast fried in garlic, ginger and sesame

Salt

Pepper

Black sesame seeds

Sauce: Mayo, sesame oil and sriracha with dash of water to thin it

Optional: salmon and red salmon roe

Chop the ingredients and combine in a bowl. Make the sauce/dressing and combine it all together.
