If you kill an endangered Rhino you are a criminal; but if you behead a Japanese journalist the Western press calls you a “militant killing a hostage.” The only liberation struggle worth fighting for these days is freeing the Western media from its slavish devotion to the word “militant”. It is not a “militant killing a hostage”, it is a war criminal murdering a human being.
We are sick and tired of the Western media, like France24, always excusing and downplaying murder. It is murder. Murder.
What happened in the West that people can understand slaughtering animals like Rhinos is unacceptable, but beheading human beings is acceptable, always hidden behind quiet language like “militants” and “killed”?
The use of the term “militant” disgraces and insults real militants.
